The easiest way is to email the books to your Kindle and then they will be available on your Kindle and all the Apps (except Web) and will sync last page, notes, bookmarks...
UPDATE: you will also need to make sure that Archive is enabled in Personal Document Settings on Amazon's Kindle Settings Page
