Just a clarification, it's IR not resistive.

It also depends on factors like what size font you use (you will feel the difference in resolutions with smaller fonts). You will also feel the difference with more complex fonts (japanese kanji, hiragana and katakana) as well as with graphics and charts. But for normal reading you should be fine (though depending on your sight you might totally notice the difference in sharpness).

To clarify, I don't have the Aura HD but I do have experience with the resolutions on cell phones and I can totally tell the difference between 306 ppi and 465ppi).

If you have access to a Glo check it out, it's the same res of the Aura so it will look quite similar (though not the same).
