I think it is in the same way possible like the themes for PB622/623. You have to extract the original contrast-theme, split it, make changes and join it again. You can find some informations in the german forum. Maybe there is also a way for sponsoring a PB624 for me to create similar themes like my 622/623-Themes (Crystal/Tango-Themes)...
