Also Google, Diesel, Overdrive (for library books), and a bunch of independent book stores like Powell's and Third Place Books (they all used to go through Google Books as a provider, but now it looks like they're partnered with Kobo).

If you want to buy DRM-free, calibre has its own [Open Book](http://drmfree.calibre-ebook.com/) catalog that indexes DRM-free books from a number of different sellers. Selection is obviously limited, but anything you buy there you can be sure is DRM-free.
