I received my fourth paperwhite. It’s perfect. No pinholes, no green or yellow lighting. Overall I’m very happy. It just took a while to get there.

Aha, Im about to receive my 3rd any day. I thought I was being very picky. but when i spend that money, I want it to be right. I joked with the CS guy that I would like him to check it before sending it out. He didnt get the joke!
He told me it would be impossible for him to do this. I got the impression he was in a different country, not just a different building.
