Post Removed percent from book progress bar K2 K3 K4 K5 PW1
Tested on a K2, K3, K4, K5 and PW.

This little utility will overwrite the somewhat annoying "Progress Indicator" at the bottom of the page.

it's an evolution from

until a better solution is found.
