Or, you know, just stop buying stuff from them. They'll get the message pretty quick.
I bought my Nook STR Glow used. I'm not buying a new Nook. I haven't purchased anything in a BN physical store in probably close to a decade. I still buy Nook books, but only because I get them at an effective 10% discount. Otherwise their prices are higher than most of the other shops and thus aren't worth buying from.
