That looks like a problem with the book. The extended driver can convert epubs to kepubs during send. The conversion can fail due to issues with the books. Depending on the problem, doing an epub-epub conversion might fix the book so that the extended driver can convert it. But, you should report this in the extended driver plugin thread or as a bug against so the author can look into it.
