Right you are. As soon as I made my post, I gave it one more try and got on with my Amex card and was able to purchase 6 more books before the checkout bombed out. Now I have 26 books in my Kobo Library without any email confirmations. But according th Amex they are being charged and charged correctly. I am using Firefox and all I did differently this time was open Firefox in a new window after clearing history. I am so clueless but I haven't given up yet. And I was so thrilled to get these 6. I wonder if Daylight Savings is screwing them up. Thanks for letting me know that this normal.
