That line is the options that are being used. You don't have a series column set and the create shelves option is not selected. As later lines show that you are using the extended driver, my guess is that you have configured the options for the main driver, but not for the extended driver. The configuration for each driver is separate. I would suggest you do the configuration while the device is connected. That will make sure you configure the driver you are using. While it is connected, right click on the device button and select "Configure this device". Then set the option and press OK. You will be prompted to restart the calibre for the options to take affect.
