Continue" after entering your payment info and the next page will give you the option on the left side of your screen to enter a coupon code. Then you have to click "
Buy Now" and only then will your purchase be complete and the payment goes through.
Also note that you do not get a download link after that if you were wanting the epub. Instead you get a "Continue Shopping" button. You actually have to go into Your Library and download the book from there.
