I really don't mind starting a new one, but as I am pretty newbie here (and too lazy to read the whole thread), maybe it would be better if the thread were started by someone who "knows" the most common requests from several users...

Some kind of GUI to the hyphenating feature in order to enable/disable it or even tweaking its aggressiveness. I mean,
I've just discovered that the epub renderer performs autohyphenation and the user has no control over it...
Great, I love being treated as a child with no criteria over what I prefer or not...
More over, kepub renderer doesn't seem to perform hyphenation by default. That's what I call a coherent design...
