FYI I used support via chat for the first time and it was way less frustrating than trading support emails back and forth, issue was sorted really quickly. I will always be using the chat option from now on |
I just purchased Eva's Eye by Karin Fossum and had exactly the same experience. It was resolved much more quickly than my previous experience with Kobo customer service. BTW, that magic 75% off code doesn't seem to have a limit so I must apply the brakes myself.
