I agree. I don't seem to have the original email from after the merger was complete, but it said that previous purchases would remain available on Audiogo.com and I was annoyed that they didn't migrate my purchases over.

Fortunately, since these were in DRM-free MP3, liberating isn't necessary, but keeping a copy in case the cloud goes away is always a good idea.
