The second kindle paperwhite 2 has 3 pin holes and yellowish. The holes are so bright even in low light setting, so I asked for a replacement.
The third one arrived yesterday is the best one. No pin holes, the screen is whiter than the other twos.
So out of three, I got 2 good ones.  |
So happy that you got a perfect one. Although many people like the cream screen, I cannot like it. I think cream screen is good for normal reading, but I found that it's bad for reading small texts in dictionary.
So finally I keep my first paperwhite and return two replacements. I really hope that the third gen paperwhite, or whatever Amazon call it, will be perfect - white and even.
