BTW, I still think you should make them replace that 2nd HDX too, especially since it was obviously damaged. You basically paid for a NEW unit then they replaced the NEW unit with a USED and physically damaged one. That is just wrong!

I agree the blue does not need to be there! You do get use to it unless you are on a white page that it's just hard to ignore.
I don't think the unit was used because when I turned it on it had
New Smell that went away after a day. I also have not experienced any more warm issues. The battery life is great on this! Reminds me of my other KF's now. I am very happy with my HDX just not the blue border. The scratch is something that is not a big issue for me. As long as it gives me no more problems I am keeping it. The music search may or may have been fixed with the Factory Reset or new firmware that only I seem to have.
