I have at over 10k books that are on my Nook Simple Touch, and only half of them are from B&N. The new Nook Glow won't even hold all of my B&N ebooks. I like knowing that all of my books are on my Nook, and I don't have to decide in advance what I'm going to read or find an open wifi so that I can swap books to read. I don't use the page turn buttons that much, so I probably won't miss them that much, and the color of the bezel is more of a "meh" thing for me as well, although I'm concerned that a darker bezel will make the screen's contrast will look better.

Yes, I'm an ebook hoarder, and B&N is telling me more and more that I should be looking elsewhere for my ebook reading experience. I don't know, maybe B&N has their readers phone home and they can see that most of the ebook readers don't have SD cards installed, but my guess is that nearly every Nook owner who has an SD card installed will never buy the new Nook Glow.
