Actually, your PW2 CAN display the text all the way to the edge of the screen. You have to use negative margins in the p class in CSS. for the PW2, -40px left and right are said to be good. On the Touch, -30px margins is good and I know that does work. There is a thread that has a sample ePub and a sample CSS.
