I am looking for tips on how to make Koreader work better for me. Maybe someone else has already asked/answered these questions but I didn't find them.

1) How can I run Koreader directly when I power on the device? I don't need to use the Kobo software. I wonder if there is a way to avoid seeing its interface.

2) How can I turn off the device while using Koreader? Right now it seems I can only turn it to "standby". If I want to power off the device, I need to go back to Kobo software first. Did I do anything wrong?
