I'm sorry. That stinks.
One of my earlier PW's (that I returned) had a slightly slanted screen too. The top right was a bit off alignment and you could see a black line there and then the line disappeared toward the middle and bottom. The screen was ever so slightly crooked. It had other issues too and it went back. I really think I have experienced pretty much every issue under the sun with both versions of the PW.
The thing is, once you get a great PW2, they really are amazing. I love the one I have now, it's awesome, however it's frustrating if you don't get a good one right off the bat and have to go through the exchange process. Especially when you have to go through it more than once.
Have you considered trying Best Buy for one?
