Can someone please tell me what color their HDX's interface is?

A. It is Charcoal grey?
B. Is it Grey?
C. It's Black!
D. It changes shades every restart

Also the night theme on your HDX's reader would you say the background is

A. Black?
B. Charcoal grey?

My replacement is charcoal grey. My first one was near black then as you know started changing shades. Talking about 50 shades of gray here! So what is the real color?!?
