I think you might find the Writer's corner interesting.

If you're interested in self-publishing and formatting your books yourself, you might find the Workshop a help, and your probably want to check out Sigil.

Calibre is almost certainly of interest, as a writer is always a reader, and calibre will organise, store, and convert your ebooks.

To promote your work, you need to post in the Self-Promotions forums (& nowhere else!), but make sure you read the promotional posting rules.

For well-formatted copies of out-of-copyright works, visit the Patricia Clark Memorial Library.
