I applied for the job on the internet, it came through one of the career board thingy's I'm signed up for. In this field I'm basically trying to jump the gun, getting a job before I even have my degree but at the same time, if you look for jobs in the psychology field it's quite ironic; most want you to have a bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience. I have a CDCA and I've applied for jobs where that was necessary but you only needed a HS diploma and then....wait for it....1+ years of experience. Really? It's ridiculous, how hard it is to break into the field. Many places don't accept volunteers anymore either, they want interns; my school doesn't have an internship for a bachelor's. For your master's, definitely.
