I love it how everyone looks with condescencion at the so-called "education sector", as if outdated, overpriced tablets were exactly what financially struggling schools were clamoring for.

If schools really wish to save money as their first priority, they will likely purchase 2 Android tablets for the price of 1 iPad. Also, I find it significant that Android has been offering
user profiles since version 4.2 -- an extremely useful feature particularly for educational use -- whereas there's not even a whisper of a rumour about an equivalent feature on iOS.
