So far, I've seen some very compelling reasons for why individuals would choose not to buy/read this sort of thing. I've yet to see a single convincing argument why their very existence should bother anyone. The originals remain utterly unharmed and available.

Smacks of "if you can't love it the exact same way I came to love it, you don't get to love it all."

We all need to learn to get out of our own way sometimes.
