I tried this by just importing it into Calibre and using "the tools", then just sent a copy to the PW2. This worked perfectly to prevent the book from freezing the PW. I don't know, maybe it has something to do with the drm, cause I didn't do any type of conversions.
My next test was a conversion from azw3 back to azw3, and once again I sent a copy to the PW2. Once again no freezing on the PW2. I am glad that is all resolved and I do not have to contact CS.
