If it outputs
/usr/local/tests/pillow, then it uses it. Probably, for searching of HTML files to display. At least, on KT it does. And yes, Pillow uses this directory as fallback choice.
/usr/share/webkit-1.0/pillow/ is the default location.

customDialog property, put anything you want into
name key. What file Pillow will load then?
