Very close. Tasha Alexander or Teresa Grant or Elizabeth Chadwick are three authors who come to mind. Just look at the books the OP links to. One is called The King's Mistress and most of the covers are all girls in pretty dresses. These books target women readers not saying a guy wouldn't enjoy them but they are mostly for women.
