Palm takes a page from RIM's playbook

Mr. Moskowitz [The Palm Inc. executive in charge of Palm Inc.'s operations in Canada and Latin America] says Palm has been learning quickly. The Sunnyvale, Calif.-based company is embracing the model that RIM has used for years: Build close partnerships with the phone companies and let them sell the complete hardware and software package to the business customer. “We are like a two-year-old company with 10 years' experience.”
