Something I was recently struck by is the strange nature of the color pink. While everyone seems to know what the color pink is, it isn't in the spectrum of visible colors. How could a color exist that's not on the spectrum of visible colors since, if it isn't in the spectrum of visible colors, it should not be able to be seen.
