I've even tried to use version from the internet (for tests only), and PW2 froze too... I couldn't convert my book from the cloud using Calibre because there is DRM and I don't know how to erase it. It's not good news that the 4-book-bundle by Bantam doesn't work either, of course
Exactly the same for me, my old Paperwhite handles the book correctly. I bought and downloaded it on September 30th, so I guess the version of the book isn't the problem.
