Lurtz, you're not alone. I have the same exact problem i.e. freezing/restarting PW2 with 4-book Game Of Thrones Bundle bought on AZ. I've tried to open it on two PW2's with the same result. The book's been indexed of course.
I've even tried to use version from the internet (for tests only), and PW2 froze too... I couldn't convert my book from the cloud using Calibre because there is DRM and I don't know how to erase it. The funniest part is that this bundle works like a charm on my old KPW, but I guess I might have not updated version of the book on it. I'm afraid too download the latest version
