Your eBook may never have indexed properly. Do a search on the PW 2013. A yellow line will appear at the top of the screen showing how far the eBook has indexed.

Then do repeated searches. Each time the yellow line will extend further. When it is fully indexed, the line will disappear and your eBook will be fully indexed.

If you just leave it alone and it is a large eBook, it will never index properly.
