Getting it replaced. Sad to see the replacement system has been made a little more complicated. The standard Amazon support used to get send you a new one, and get the old one back. Now it has to go through the Kindle replacement team. I hope that means better quality control? Who knows.

My first Kindle Paperwhite 2 is in perfect condition and I gave it to my niece as a birthday gift.
I received my second one for 5 minutes ago in Melbourne and I saw three pin holes. I contacted the CS and now they are sending me a new one. Yay1
