I am hoping that NewEgg has customer service on par with Amazon. I called NewEgg this morning and reported what had happened. The representative that I spoke with put in a claim for me which has to be reviewed. ..reviews take a few days to process. If they approve my claim, they will send me a replacement.
Unfortunately I will lose the rebate offer even if my claim is approved. But at this point I will be grateful just to get the 32gb sdhc card in my hands.
