Mac &cheese -- my definition of comfort food.
Just finished a huge breakfast -- a full English AND Scottish smoked salmon with all the fixin's. If I'm going to have to pay for a hotel breakfast, I'm definitely getting my money's worth. And the Fairmont does a very good breakfast indeed. Except I had coffee instead of tea, and it was not up to Peet's standard.
Headed back home on the ferry. And it looks like the 8 solid days of fog have finally broken.
