Hmmm...

I just went to buy a book from Kobo. Find my titles, determine they are eligible for promo codes. Sign in. Click on the book. Click on the price button, which says $1.03. Taken to a purchase page, where the price is now listed at $3.10. I don't think so.

Tried a different browser, different device, several times. Same result.
