Oh, OK. One more reason for me to stick with Calibre conversions then. Count Pages can put pagenumbers in, and I really like that. At around 2350-2400 characters per page, it gives a good sense of how big a paperback would have been.
Then again, my main format is EPUB; I don't really care if Calibre completely mangles the AZW3 and how it looks inside, as long as it works as expected. If I need a different format later on, I'll just reconvert.
