I received a damaged package from Amazon. One corner of the box was crushed and then re-taped. It contained small speakers, cables, and an OtterBox case for a Fire HD.
Unfortunately, one of the speakers was missing and the OtterBox package was opened and then closed back, but not enough to hide the obvious tampering. I bet someone was looking for a tablet and was disappointed not to find one.
Anyway, I called Amazon and reported the damaged box, the stolen speaker, and the tampered Otterbox packaging. They rushed out a new speaker. Not sure what they did to UPS.
