I got a Kobo Glo off of eBay that was listed as "Won't power on" for $30. Once I received it, it was obvious that something had been spilled on it and it had been taken apart before (stripped screws). It was also missing the microSD card, which I put a broken Kobo Mini card (4gig) in its place. I was able to get a Glo image to boot and just about everything works, the light, wifi, touch etc all work but it will not work unplugged. The Glo reports the battery as fully charged with a checkmark and will not exhibit signs of charging at all no matter if it's through computer or wall adapter. I tried a battery from a different Glo as well as the Mini and it didn't matter, something got friend when it was spilled on. I'm asking $50 because of the time I put in as well as the microSD card. This could be great for someone that wants a cheap replacement screen for their Glo or even a bedside tethered reader? Everyone in my house just upgraded to the new Auras so no use here.
