Granted: the HIA, REIA and the rest of the real estate industry tell the truth; nothing changes, except that the HIA, REIA and the rest of the industry now blatantly cackle evilly during every news sound-bite they are given.

I wish the news media understood that "news gathering" and "journalistic ethics" meant more than reading word-for-word the latest Press Release some corporation or industry group had sent out.
