My vote is for Fbreader, especially since the 2.0 Beta adds .PDF support.
Works with Colordict dictionary and text to speech, has a nice clean interface, scans the sdcard automatically so you don't need to import or add books, loads the last opened book and page when relaunched, good control over fonts and appearance, plus it is a nice small app that doesn't demand a lot of resources - so it runs just fine with the CPU under-clocked (from 1Ghz to 166 mhz).
I've tried Moon+, Coolreader, Aldiko, and several others, but keep coming back to plain old Fbreader.
