Hello, I have some mobi files that are compatible with Kindle Fire 7" that I want to make compatible with my Kindle (the one with the keyboard at the bottom). When I tried putting the original mobi onto my kindle I could not open it. I got an error asking me to redownload it from amazon but I know the file works because I can view the ebook in calibre viewer and Kindle for PC correctly. I converted it from mobi to mobi using Calibre but it stripped all the formatting and cartoon pictures. I then tried converting to PDF with Calibre and it failed. I finally managed to convert it to PDF using an online tool but when I opened it on my kindle the text size was too small to read and the page layout was slightly off. How can I convert the Kindle Fire mobi to work with my kindle?
