I love the new Aura and I think it's the best device on the market currently. The only problem that people are reporting aren't the device but the quality control. It's either a bright spectacle gleaming on the screen or lights are leaking around the borders. If you're lucky you will get a perfect Aura with no defects. It took me 6 tries to get a perfect one. The manager at Chapter even open the boxes and on site to check for defect before I even walk off the store. The managers didn't even give me a hard time because the proof is right in front of them.
The question we should be asking is how many times did you return the Aura to get a perfect one out of the box.

Wow, those poll results are completely surprising to me. From reading the forums I would have expected the results to be reversed . It's obvious that a vocal minority is making the Aura seem a lot worse than it is. Not that I don't feel for those people who have had problems and terrible experiences or make light of them but it is obvious that they are the unfortunate minority.
