okay... couple of reasons why this might be an issue.
if I run it synchronously it will block the app coming up until it has stopped running. if I dont I will need to some sort of screen-scraping... or injection INSIDE the midori.. which may actually slow down load time, otherwise it will end up drawing over the app.
Let me have a play and see what I come up with, nice work though
