Sure, buyers may use the Kobo site, but I would be willing to bet you that you find ALL prices on the Kobo site will be identical to the (previously higher) ones on the BookWorld site.
Yes, that is a concern. For me though, I will continue to do as I do now and 'visit' other countries to identify the price that suits
