They seem to be out of stock on the T3 at Sony.ca though. Perhaps they have limited stock and that is why they are not selling the T3 in the US. Does not look good for that Christmas sale I was hoping for

I see that. When I checked last week, both the red and black T-2s were listed as sold out.

From a customer service POV, I find myself wondering why I stuck with them this long. When I bought my first reader in '07, though, Kindle's success was yet to be and Sony was long-established.

They could introduce a new device that blows all existing ones away, but I would be surprised.
