I have tried three snap-in sleep covers and it flashes every page turn with all of them. I've tried resetting several times, leaving it sit until the light goes out by itself, and like I said three covers, all of which worked fine on our PW1s. Without a sleep cover it doesn't refresh. I've given up and just have it in my Oberon sleeve. I don't like reading it without a cover but it beats the page refreshing every single page turn. Really annoying. The only reason I did not return it is I already trickled down my PW1 to my daughter who had my old K3. I can't ask for it back, how mean would that be?
