I'm so glad I bought me Kobo Aura HD from CoolBlue. I got it yesterday and had a bright pinprick almost slap bang in the middle of the screen, visible when you turned up the lighting higher than 35%. I called them and they send me a return label, I dropped it off at the post office that same afternoon. This afternoon I got an email confirming that they received my package, a little later I got another email telling me that they were looking into the problem. I just checked the status online and it now says they confirmed the problem and a new Aura HD has been send!
So, if you see me walking around funny and being clumsy it's because I'm keeping all my fingers and toes crossed that I will get a pinprick free Aura HD tomorrow.
