The phrase I would have thought was coming was something along the lines of "overly exhibitionistic and narcissisticly self-indulgent."

The entire concept these so-called Social Networking sites seems to be people voluntarily broadcasting personal details to the world.

I don't really get that. Like your graphic, to me it does seem like TMI from the poster's side (and a lot of IDC* from my side), but in any case it seems almost the opposite of big-brotherish to me.
